Link your account once and never chase a due date again. Every repayment comes from your Capitalwise wallet first. Your bank account is only a backup, used just for the shortfall on the rare day your wallet is short. No surprise debits, ever.

01What this actually is
A simple permission to collect your loan repayments on time, so you never have to remember a due date or send a manual transfer. You approve it once, and only ever for the repayments you already agreed to.
Every repayment is taken from your Capitalwise wallet first. Your linked bank account is only a backup, used for the shortfall on the rare day your wallet cannot cover the full amount. You get a confirmation before and after each one, and a heads-up 48 hours early if your balance is running low.
02How it’s secured
Your account is linked through Mono, which connects your bank account to Capitalwise with your consent so a repayment can be collected on the date it falls due.
The link is read-only. It lets us confirm your account and collect the repayment you authorised, and nothing more. Your bank login and password stay with your bank. We never see them, and the connection can never be used to move your money on its own.
Every connection is encrypted end to end, the same security standard the banks themselves rely on.

What we can do
What we can never do
Simple 3-step setup
Link the account you want repayments to fall back to. It takes about a minute through the secure Mono connection.
On each due date, your instalment settles automatically from your Capitalwise wallet. Keep it funded and that is all that ever happens.
If your wallet is short on the due date, we collect just the difference from your linked account, then confirm it instantly. Nothing more is ever taken.
