By registering an account on Capitalwise, you agree to comply with all terms set forth in this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
Capitalwise provides NGN virtual wallet services and credit facilities. Wallet accounts are issued and held by a licensed bank; we are a lender, not a bank.
Borrowers agree to repay approved loans according to agreed monthly instalment schedules. Defaulting on credit repayments may result in credit bureau reporting and recovery enforcement.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
